JESSE BRYANT
INVADES TEXAS
(Nashville, Tenn.) –
Leaving a trail of empty shot glasses in his wake, Jesse Bryant is
beginning the fourth day of his rowdy radio tour. Bryant is on the first
leg of his Texas radio tour.
This redneck-outlaw, from
W. Va., has embarked on a five-week Texas radio tour to promote his first
single “Honky Tonks and Dancehalls” off his autobiographic debut album,
Mistakes I’ve Made.
Bryant and his crew take
personalized shot glasses and a bottle of Jack Daniels to every radio
station they visit. They don’t just bring them as gifts, they take
multiple shots of this “Buzz in a Bottle” along with all of the DJ’s they
visit.
With four more weeks of taking
over a dozen shots a day, one may wonder how he’ll make it through the
entire tour alive. It hasn’t been easy. They lost their directions on
only the second day, but they managed to make it through.
DJ’s all over Texas are loving
Jesse and his crew. They’ve said he’s a one-a-kind guy and is exactly what
country music needs. They’ve described him as a cross between Waylon
Jennings and David Allen Coe, and judging by Bryant’s tattoos you’d think
he and Coe were kin.
You can expect to hear about
him for a long time. His single has been released in Texas to coincide
with his radio tour. You can look for his album in early fall, but don’t
say we didn’t warn you.
