“I’m thrilled to welcome Claire to the PLA Media team,” says PLA CEO and Founder, Pam Lewis. “I’ve been aware of her work and stellar reputation for more than a decade, and welcome her always-fresh take, optimism, and dedication to great service. She brings a breath of fresh air and a can-do spirit to every challenge.”
Ratliff has worked with a variety of clients since launching her firm 20 years ago, including country music legends Lorrie Morgan, David Frizzell, and David Ball; multi-award winning bluegrass groups The Grascals, Darin & Brooke Aldridge, and Balsam Range; television star Deidre Hall; and record labels Mountain Home Music Company, Mountain Fever Records, Rounder Records, and Billy Blue Records; and a host of other established and rising stars in multiple genres.
Her corporate clients have included The Southern Women’s Show and Connie Elder International, developers of lifestyle products for women, as seen on QVC for more than a decade. A former marketer with Columbia Pictures of Burbank, CA, Ratliff has been a corporate marketing executive, freelance writer, and performing songwriter. She is also a fine artist and personal trainer.
“You could say that Pam and I have been a mutual admiration society for a long time,” Ratliff says. “When I think of some of the finest folks I’ve known in the business, they are generally mutual friends of both Pam’s and mine. I’m delighted to hang my ‘hard-at-work-hat’ next to hers at PLA Media.”
