Americana Music Triangle
Our Objective
To launch a global grassroots movement for American music tourism and build an online community dedicated to the Americana Music Triangle’s culture and history through marketing, publicity and social media campaigns, including a five-day, five-state launch tour.
What We Did
The Press Conference, celebrating nine genres of music, was attended by Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam along with other state and local dignitaries and tourism leaders. It also featured performances by Grammy Award-winning artists Jim Lauderdale and Keb’ Mo’.
The Launch Tour, launching AMT in five states (TN, AL, MS, LA and AK) during the 32nd annual National Travel and Tourism Week, beginning in Franklin, TN.
Establishing, growing and maintaining AMT’s presence on Social Media.
The Result
In total, PLA has garnered over 752 Million press impressions for AMT. In the first 3 months, PLA increased AMT tweet impressions over 1400% and its Twitter engagement rate 625%.
