Viral Voices Noah Guthrie and Megan Davies Announce UK Tour With Release of Collaboration Video
Former Glee cast member, Noah Guthrie, joins forces with fellow viral sensation, Megan Davies, to create a soulful, stripped-down cover of Nick Jonas and Tove Lo’s latest single, “Close.” The two also announced their upcoming UK tour with the release of the video. Guthrie and Davies will perform four shows together throughout the United Kingdom in September 2016. Tickets will go on sale May 12th and can be purchased HERE.

In May of 2012, Noah experienced the explosion that comes with a viral video when his blues-filled version of LMFAO’s “Sexy And I Know It” earned him more than 8 million views in less than a week (now over 24 million views). As a result, Noah was featured on NBC’s Today Show, Jay Leno’s Tonight Show, Dancing With The Stars and several U.S. and European radio stations. Covers of his version have been featured on the U.S. version of The Voice and The X-Factor.
During Noah’s young career he has opened for Ed Sheeran, Neon Trees, Ben Rector, Cobra Starship, Matisyahu, Matt Nathanson and Selena Gomez. About Megan Davies
Megan Davies is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter originally from Harrisburg, PA. She graduated from Belmont University where she studied song-writing and classical guitar. During the summer of 2013, Megan began uploading acoustic covers and mashups to YouTube – collaborating with both her sister, Jaclyn, and other artist friends in Nashville. Since then, her creative stylings have garnered her over 90 million views and 810k subscribers.
In April 2016, Megan was the featured Artist for the Spotify curated playlist “Acoustic Covers” which received global visibility. Her songs on Spotify maintain over 2 Million listeners a month. In June 2015, her 3-song mashup “See You Again/ Love Me Like You Do/ Sugar” reached #1 on both the US and Global Spotify Viral 50 charts. The Coffee House station on XM Radio voted Megan and fellow artist Emily Hackett’s cover of Lorde’s “Royals” the Best Cover of 2013.
While Megan enjoys producing covers and mashups, her passion lies in writing and performing her own original music. Her unique sound has been influenced by a combination of commercial pop, indie folk and experimental rock. She is currently writing for her debut pop-project.
